## Description

### **About the Role**

We’re looking for an energetic, patient, and playful **Early Childhood Golf Instructor** to lead our morning golf classes for super young beginners. These classes are designed for ages 3–5, with parents present to support a fun, safe, and confidence‑building environment.

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Lead engaging, age‑appropriate golf activities that focus on movement, coordination, and simple fundamentals
-   Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both kids and parents
-   Demonstrate skills clearly and safely using modified equipment
-   Keep classes structured, upbeat, and developmentally appropriate
-   Communicate with parents before/after class as needed
-   Ensure a safe learning environment at all times

## Requirements

-   Experience working with young children (preschool, camps, sports, childcare, etc.)
-   Must have reliable transportation
-   Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality
-   Ability to manage a small group with parents present
-   Basic golf knowledge (we’ll train you on curriculum)
-   Reliable, punctual, and comfortable leading groups
-   ECE certification is a plus
