**We’re partnering with a fast-growing eCommerce performance team looking for high-level Media Buyers who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to scale aggressively.

This is not a “set and forget” role — you’ll be deeply involved in performance, testing, and scaling campaigns across DTC brands. If you live and breathe paid media and want a role where performance = real upside, this is for you.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Manage, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns for DTC/eCommerce brands
-   Own performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, MER, and LTV
-   Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels
-   Monitor campaigns daily and react quickly to performance changes
-   Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to unlock growth opportunities

## Requirements

-   Strong experience with Meta Ads for eCommerce/DTC brands
-   Proven track record scaling accounts with real budget responsibility
-   Data-driven mindset with fast decision-making ability
-   Fluent English (you’ll be working directly with leadership)
-   High ownership mentality — someone who treats accounts like their ow
