Job Description:

RemoteVA PH is seeking a skilled Floor Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performing takeoffs from drawing plans, specifically for flooring projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently with the Planswift software.

Key Responsibilities:

\-Perform detailed takeoffs from drawing plans for flooring projects.

\-Utilize Planswift to ensure accurate measurements and estimates.

\-Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide precise estimates.

\-Collaborate with the team to ensure all estimates are completed on time and meet client specifications.

\-Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

## Requirements

\-Proven experience as a Floor Estimator, with a strong background in flooring estimates.

\-Proficiency in using Planswift software for takeoffs and estimates.

\-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

\-Strong communication skills in English.

\-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

\-Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings.

\-Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (9pm-5am PH Time)

\- Salary USD 650-700 Monthly
