## Description

Hiring PMC Team in Thailand: Project Director, Construction Manager, CSA PM & QA/QC Manager for hyperscale data centre. Location: Samut Prakan & Bangkok, Thailand

Open Roles  
  
1\. Project Director – PMC  
\-Overview: Provide executive leadership and overall delivery management for the entire hyperscale data centre build.  
\-Key Responsibilities: Oversee senior stakeholders, direct multi-disciplinary PMC teams, and ensure total alignment across project milestones, quality, and commercial outcomes.  
  
2\. Construction Manager  
\-Overview: Take full ownership of site-level construction operations and day-to-day delivery.  
\-Key Responsibilities: Manage site coordination, oversee contractors, enforce site safety standards, and maintain strict construction schedules.  
  
3\. CSA Project Manager (Civil, Structural & Architectural)  
\-Overview: Lead and oversee the Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages across the build.  
\-Key Responsibilities: Manage CSA site packages, handle contractor management, and oversee structural execution, architectural finishes, and external works.  
  
4\. QA/QC Manager  
\-Overview: Own quality assurance and quality control processes through construction and handover.  
\-Key Responsibilities: Establish quality control frameworks, perform site inspections, manage testing and commissioning documentation, and ensure full compliance with client specifications.  
  
What You’ll Bring  
\-Education: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.  
\-Experience: Background working within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC), client-side team, or Tier 1 contractor.  
\-Track Record: Proven history of delivering major construction, critical infrastructure, or complex engineering projects.  
\-Leadership & Communication: Strong skills to keep teams aligned, managed, and moving in the same direction.  
\-Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of project controls, construction methodologies, and multidisciplinary site coordination.
