## Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **Senior Recruiter** to lead end-to-end hiring for a fast-growing UK business. You'll work fully remotely from South Africa, managing a busy desk across multiple functions and delivering quality hires at pace.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple disciplines simultaneously
-   Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing on LinkedIn and job boards
-   Conduct structured competency-based interviews and provide detailed assessments
-   Partner with senior hiring managers to understand role requirements and culture fit
-   Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements

### What You'll Need

-   5+ years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency
-   Proven track record hiring across multiple functions at speed
-   Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with ATS platforms
-   Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management ability
-   Reliable internet and a professional home workspace

### What's on Offer

-   **Salary: R28,000 per month**
-   Full-time, permanent remote position
-   Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
