## Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a motivated French-Speaking iRobot Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation. As a French-Speaking iRobot Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by delivering timely and effective technical support for iRobot products. Your professionalism and technical knowledge will directly contribute to maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality support to French-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
-   Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to iRobot products accurately and efficiently.
-   Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy to enhance customer satisfaction.
-   Document customer cases and resolutions thoroughly.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve customer support processes.
-   Engage in continuous learning regarding iRobot products and support methodologies.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in French (spoken and written); native proficiency preferred.
-   Strong communication and customer service skills.
-   Technical aptitude with experience in customer support or troubleshooting highly desirable.
-   Candidates must clearly indicate their native language and nationality in their CV and/or cover letter.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation package provided.
