A respected not-for-profit health system in Middle Tennessee is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Rheumatologist to join a thriving, hospital-employed practice. ### Position Highlights & Financial Package

-   100% Outpatient Practice: Enjoy a predictable clinical schedule with potential hybrid telemedicine options available.
-   Competitive Compensation: $330,000 base salary plus additional production bonuses.
-   Substantial Sign-On Incentive: $50,000 sign-on bonus.
-   Fellowship Support: Up to $15,000 fellowship stipend for candidates currently completing training.
-   Student Loan Assistance: Direct loan repayment assistance + Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility.
