### Position Overview

We are seeking dependable **Construction Laborers** to support active commercial and multifamily construction projects. This role involves site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and assisting skilled trades to keep projects running efficiently and safely.

### Responsibilities

-   Perform general job site cleanup and debris removal
-   Load, unload, and move construction materials
-   Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed
-   Support demolition activities
-   Help with site setup and breakdown
-   Maintain clean and organized work areas
-   Follow supervisor instructions and project timelines
-   Adhere to all safety standards and PPE requirements

## Requirements

-   1+ year of construction labor experience preferred
-   Experience working on commercial or multifamily job sites is a plus
-   Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
-   Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
-   Reliable transportation to the job site
-   Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

### Physical Requirements

-   Standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift
-   Working in active construction environments
-   Ability to work early morning start times
