## Description

**Pay:** $23–$26/hour

**Schedule:** 12pm-7pm

**Settings:** Home and center

**Certification:** Active RBT certification preferred; support toward certification is available

Help children build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll work with a clinical team that supports your training and professional growth.

What you’ll do

-   Follow individualized treatment plans during one-to-one sessions.
-   Help clients practice daily living and personal care skills, which may include toileting and hygiene.
-   Record accurate data on client progress.
-   Communicate clearly with families, supervisors, and team members.
-   Attend scheduled sessions, staff meetings, and training.
-   Follow company policies and procedures.

## Requirements

-   Some experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field
-   Able to work _Part-Time shifts M-F. Around 15-20 hours of work per week._
-   _Must be willing to work in clinic AND family homes_
-   Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is preferred but not required
-   Be at least 18 years of age with some college education in the field; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
-   Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
-   Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
-   CPR/First Aid Certified preferred
-   Safety Care Trained preferred, annual paid training
