## Description

To supervise and coordinate asphalt paving and road construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Supervise asphalt paving crews, operators, drivers, and laborers on site.
-   Plan, organize, and monitor daily asphalt paving activities to achieve project schedules and targets.
-   Coordinate asphalt laying, compaction, and finishing operations.
-   Ensure paving works are executed according to approved specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
-   Monitor asphalt temperature, material usage, and paving conditions to ensure optimum quality.
-   Coordinate with Site Engineers, Surveyors, Plant Operators, and other project personnel.
-   Inspect work areas before and during paving operations to identify and resolve site issues.
-   Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
-   Maintain daily records of workforce, equipment, production output, and site progress.
-   Oversee traffic management and work zone safety requirements where applicable.
-   Conduct toolbox talks and enforce compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
-   Ensure all equipment and machinery are used safely and efficiently.
-   Report project progress, delays, equipment breakdowns, and site concerns to management.
-   Maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity.

### Qualifications & Experience

-   Diploma, Trade Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Civil Construction or a related field.
-   Minimum 5 years of experience in asphalt paving and road construction works.
-   At least 2 years of experience in a Foreman or supervisory position.
-   Strong knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, compaction methods, and road construction activities.
-   Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
