## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for German-Speaking Cybersecurity Customer Experts to join our dynamic team in Greece. This role involves providing expert cybersecurity customer support to German-speaking clients, contributing to their security and success. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients regarding cybersecurity products and services through multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues efficiently.
-   Educate clients on cybersecurity best practices and guide them in utilizing security solutions effectively.
-   Document customer interactions and technical inquiries accurately within CRM systems.
-   Work closely with internal teams to escalate and solve complex cybersecurity problems.
-   Continuously update knowledge on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to enhance support quality.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is beneficial.
-   Previous experience in customer support, preferably within cybersecurity or IT security sectors.
-   Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
-   Strong communication and analytical skills aimed at resolving client issues effectively.
-   Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced work environment.
-   Experience with CRM tools and customer support platforms.
-   A genuine interest in cybersecurity and eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies.
