## Description

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences? We are looking for enthusiastic and a detail-oriented **Customer Experience Representative** to support top-tier international brands across sectors such as **tech**, **e-commerce**, and **online gaming**.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Flemish-speaking customers, helping them navigate their needs and providing solutions with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide exceptional customer support via **email, chat, or phone**, depending on the project.
-   Assist users with account inquiries, technical issues, product-related questions, or transaction support.
-   Troubleshoot problems and offer effective solutions, escalating when necessary.
-   Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt, friendly, and accurate communication.
-   Follow established workflows, guidelines, and service standards.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

## Requirements

-   **Fluent in Flemish (Dutch)** and confident in English (spoken and written).
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-   Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly.
-   Prior experience in **customer support**.
-   Availability to work in a hybrid-working model.
