## Description

If you're a strategist who's tired of being the smartest person in the room but never the one who sets the direction - this role was built for you.

We're hiring an experienced Client Growth Strategist to own the revenue growth strategy for a portfolio of flooring and home services clients. You'll be the person who connects the dots between business goals, channel strategy, great execution, and real outcomes - all while building strong, long-term client relationships.

A core part of how we drive growth is through the Endless Customers framework by Marcus Sheridan. Our strategists don't just know it - they champion it.

### You Will Own

### 1) Strategic Planning & Client Success (Primary Ownership)

-   Build quarterly growth strategies per account (90-day priorities)
-   Identify highest-impact growth constraints and opportunities
-   Define success metrics, targets, and leading indicators
-   Recommend budget allocation across channels
-   Build testing roadmaps (offers, landing pages, ads, nurture, conversion points)
-   Lead brand positioning sessions grounded in the Endless Customers framework - helping clients become the most trusted voice in their market by answering the questions buyers are already asking
-   Champion the They Ask, You Answer philosophy in every client engagement: guide clients to address the Big 5 content topics (cost, problems, comparisons, reviews, and best-in-class), and align marketing and sales around buyer education

### 2) High-Level QA (Strategy + Conversion Integrity)

You are not a proofreader, you are the conversion/strategy gatekeeper.

-   Review key client-facing deliverables before launch (landing pages, funnel structure, ad angles, major website pages, core email sequences, offer positioning assets)
-   Ensure work aligns to the strategy, buyer journey, and conversion goals
-   Evaluate content against Endless Customers standards: does it build trust, answer real buyer questions, and move prospects closer to a decision?
-   Catch off-strategy execution: unclear messaging, weak offers, missing CTAs, broken journey logic
-   Provide clear revision direction (“what to change and why”), then hand back to delivery for execution

### 3) Campaign & Funnel Direction

-   Design campaign architecture and funnel flow recommendations informed by the Endless Customers / They Ask, You Answer buyer journey model
-   Guide messaging and creative direction (angles, hooks, proof, positioning)
-   Diagnose funnel gaps and conversion drop-offs
-   Recommend sequencing across channels (paid, SEO/content, email/SMS, GBP, remarketing)

### 4) Client Leadership

-   Lead or co-lead strategy presentations and roadmap sessions
-   Interpret performance data and translate it into decisions
-   Provide clear “next actions” and priority calls grounded in Endless Customers / They Ask, You Answer priorities
-   Serve as the strategic authority on client calls (including respectful pushback when needed)
-   Guide clients in understanding how the Endless Customers methodology connects content investment to actual revenue outcomes

### 5) Internal Alignment

-   Translate strategy into actionable priorities for specialists
-   Coordinate with delivery leadership on feasibility and sequencing
-   Identify expansion opportunities (positioning + packaging) in partnership with sales/leadership

## Requirements

-   5+ years in marketing, brand development or business development
-   Demonstrated experience driving measurable revenue outcomes
-   Strong understanding of funnels, paid media, SEO/content, and conversion optimization, including hands-on experience personally building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta campaigns with real budgets
-   Familiarity with the Endless Customers (formerly They Ask, You Answer) framework by Marcus Sheridan - you understand the Big 5, assignment selling, and how to align content with the buyer journey to shorten sales cycles
-   Comfortable working with small-to-mid-sized businesses
-   Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team
-   Comfortable with marketing automation/CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
-   Strong working knowledge of AI tools to enhance strategy and marketing output quality
