## Description

### What is your mission?

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented **Product Artist - Regulatory I** to create, adapt, and manage regulatory artwork for product packaging, labels, tags, markings, and related assets. This role is responsible for regulatory artwork production, packaging design support, layout adaptation, production-ready file preparation, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring compliance with branding, technical, and regulatory requirements using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

**You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:**

-   Create, develop, and maintain regulatory artwork for product labels, tags, packaging components, bottom markings, and related assets
-   Design and update base and lid artwork according to approved design specifications, branding guidelines, and compliance requirements
-   Adapt, edit, and revise existing regulatory and packaging artwork based on product updates, stakeholder feedback, and market requirements
-   Create derivative artwork for new products, product line extensions, and assortment expansions
-   Manage regulatory artwork projects from concept development through final production, approval, and release
-   Prepare, revise, and output production-ready and print-ready files using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
-   Ensure artwork accuracy, consistency, and compliance with technical, regulatory, packaging, and brand standards
-   Collaborate with Creative Design, Industrial Design, Product Management, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to support artwork development and execution
-   Coordinate with U.S.-based stakeholders regarding artwork updates, reviews, approvals, and project requirements
-   Attend project meetings and provide updates on artwork progress, deliverables, and production timelines
-   Track artwork requests, productivity, project status, and workflow metrics using Smartsheet and related project management tools
-   Support regulatory artwork requirements across multiple product categories and distribution channels
-   Provide creative and technical support for packaging design initiatives and ad hoc production requests
-   Apply knowledge of materials, textures, print production processes, and manufacturing requirements to ensure high-quality output
-   Serve as a point of coordination for artwork consistency, implementation, and regulatory compliance
-   Contribute to workflow optimisation, process improvements, and regulatory artwork best practices

## Requirements

### Who are we looking for?

-   Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred
-   Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design, production art, packaging artwork, regulatory artwork, or related creative design functions
-   Experience supporting packaging development, compliance artwork, label creation, product graphics, and print production processes
-   Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
-   Experience creating, editing, adapting, and preparing regulatory artwork, packaging layouts, labels, product markings, and production files
-   Strong knowledge of packaging artwork production, print-ready file preparation, branding standards, typography, and layout design
-   Experience using Smartsheet or similar project tracking, workflow management, and collaboration tools is an advantage
-   Portfolio demonstrating expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop, artwork production, design adaptation, packaging layouts, and visual consistency
-   Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and U.S.-based stakeholders preferred
-   Strong verbal and written communication skills
-   Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management capabilities
-   Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
-   Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality, consistency, and accuracy
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and active listening skills
