## Description

**Responsibilities**

-   Research, design, and manage algorithms and flowcharts; translate business requirements into efficient backend code.

-   Write high-quality reusable code, develop quality assurance procedures, and maintain a strong focus on writing test specs.
-   Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software while recommending and executing technical improvements.
-   Set up projects from scratch, including service design, fault-tolerant architecture, and technical documentation.
-   Deploy software tools and processes, ensuring microservices are scalable and high-performing in high-load environments.
-   Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and the Business team to evaluate user feedback.

## Requirements

-   Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Ruby Developer.
-   Strong experience in backend development with a focus on **Ruby on Rails**.
-   Deep knowledge of **PostgreSQL (SQL Clusters)** and NoSQL (**Cassandra, MongoDB**), along with caching strategies.
-   Proven understanding of **Microservices**, service scalability, and fault-tolerant design.
-   Hands-on experience with **Docker, Kubernetes, CentOS/CoreOS**, and Cloud Providers (**AWS, Azure, or GCP**).
-   Solid understanding of DNS, IPv6, network protocols, and software security best practices.
-   Ability to build libraries/plugins (e.g., Gems, Hex, Pip, Npm modules).
-   Experience with **Localization (L10n)** and **Internationalization (i18n)**.
