## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **OTA & Reservation Specialist** to join **Saray**, a fast-growing company specializing in **short-term rentals and hospitality**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online travel agency platforms, handling reservations, maintaining accurate listings, and ensuring a smooth booking experience for our guests.

In this role, you will work closely with the Guest Relations and Operations teams to manage booking availability, reservations, rates, and guest information across different platforms. You will play a key role in maximizing occupancy, maintaining listing accuracy, and supporting the overall growth of the business.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Manage and maintain property listings across OTAs, including **Airbnb, Booking.com, and other relevant booking platforms**.
-   Monitor and manage reservations, availability, rates, calendars, and booking details.
-   Ensure all property information, descriptions, photos, amenities, and pricing are accurate and up to date.
-   Coordinate with the Operations and Guest Relations teams to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
-   Monitor booking performance and identify opportunities to improve occupancy and revenue.
-   Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and booking-related inquiries.
-   Ensure that calendars and availability are accurately updated to avoid overbookings.
-   Support the optimization of property listings to improve visibility and booking conversions.
-   Monitor OTA messages and escalate guest-related concerns to the appropriate team when required.
-   Prepare regular reports related to reservations, occupancy, cancellations, and booking performance.
-   Identify and report any technical issues related to OTA platforms or booking systems.
-   Stay up to date with OTA policies, platform updates, and short-term rental industry trends.

## Requirements

-   **1–3 years of experience** in **short-term rentals, hospitality, reservations, or OTA management**.
-   Previous experience working with **Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, or other OTA platforms** is highly preferred.
-   Experience in reservations, revenue management, or property management is an advantage.
-   Strong understanding of the short-term rental and hospitality industry.
-   Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Ability to manage multiple reservations and priorities efficiently.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
-   Experience using Property Management Systems (PMS) or Channel Managers is a plus.
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills in **Arabic and English**.
-   Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
