## Description

We're looking for a **Tele-sales Agent** with a minimum of 1 year of experience in tele-sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role, with strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

The role will focus on contacting potential customers, introducing the company's solutions, generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments for Sales Representatives to support the sales pipeline and drive business growth.

  
**Key Responsibilities**

-   Introduce the company and gather information about decision makers.
-   Make cold calls , answer incoming calls, and identify customer needs.
-   Use scripts to present product features, prices, and benefits.
-   Research potential customers via social media, directories, and other sources.
-   Schedule appointments for presales meetings.
-   Register leads in CRM and maintain accurate records.
-   Persuade prospects by demonstrating how solutions meet their needs.
-   Handle complaints and safeguard company reputation.
-   Meet sales quotes and support future sales growth.  
    

**Working Conditions:**

-   **Employment Type:** Full-time
-   **Working Days:** Sunday to Thursday
-   **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a telemarketer, tele-sales agent, or in a similar sales/customer service role for 1 year.
-   Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotes, preferably over the phone.
-   Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-   Skilled in negotiation and handling objections.
-   Persistent, patient, and results-driven.
