## Description

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused **Sales Executive** to join a high-performing team in Dublin 8, working with some of **Ireland’s leading utility brands**. This is a **fully onsite position**, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.

**What’s on Offer:**

-   **€29,000 base salary**
-   **€10,000 Commission OTE**

### **About the Role**

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding sales results through exceptional customer engagement, strong product knowledge, and consistent performance against targets. You’ll contribute to a culture of excellence through best-in-class planning, execution, and compliance.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Engage with customers daily, building strong and lasting relationships
-   Make outbound calls and manage inbound enquiries efficiently
-   Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products
-   Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs
-   Work closely with your Team Leader and colleagues to drive team success
-   Accurately maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
-   Deliver a high standard of customer service across all touchpoints

### **Requirements**

-   Previous experience in **telecoms** is essential
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Target-driven with a proactive, results-focused mindset
-   Comfortable working in a **fully office-based environment**
