**Role Overview**  
This is a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager role with remote, hybrid, or on-site flexibility. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing and managing an existing book of personal insurance business, building long-term client relationships, and supporting retention and account growth. You will collaborate closely with producers and the service team to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to the overall success of the agency. Your key responsibilities may include:

-   Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring accurate coverage and timely renewals
-   Process endorsements, policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage updates with strong attention to detail
-   Conduct proactive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and account rounding opportunities
-   Prepare renewal proposals and remarket accounts when necessary to ensure competitive coverage and pricing
-   Provide responsive, solution oriented customer support via phone, email, and in person interactions
-   Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system and adhere to compliance guidelines
-   Partner with producers and team members to support client retention, cross sell efforts, and overall client satisfaction

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 2 years of Personal Insurance Account Management experience required
-   Strong professionalism and ethical standards
-   Consistent follow through on deadlines meetings and client commitments
-   Must be located within a 3 hour drive of Miami, FL and able to commute to the office as required

-   **Base Salary starting at $65,000-$85,000 depending on experience**
