## Description

We are recruiting for an experienced **Mechanical Site Manager** to join a well-established M&E contractor delivering a prestigious commercial fit-out project in **Canary Wharf**.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically biased Site Manager with strong experience delivering fast-paced **CAT A / CAT B fit-out projects** within the London commercial market.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the mechanical installation, coordinating labour and subcontractors while ensuring the project is delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

## Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally have:

-   Proven experience as a **Mechanical Site Manager / Mechanical Manager** within the M&E industry.
-   Strong experience delivering **commercial fit-out projects**, ideally within Central London.
-   Good technical understanding of mechanical building services installations.
-   Experience managing subcontractors and site teams on fast-paced projects.
-   Strong knowledge of **MEP coordination**, drawings and construction programmes.
-   Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
-   A proactive approach to programme, quality and problem solving.
-   **SMSTS or SSSTS**.
-   **CSCS**.
-   Relevant mechanical trade or engineering background.
-   First Aid qualification would be advantageous.
