## Description

**Work Schedule:** Part-time (20 hours/week), Eastern Standard Time

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant to support our client’s online business operations. This role will involve creating and executing email marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, producing engaging content, and assisting with e-commerce website management on Shopify. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, basic coding knowledge, and experience with digital marketing tools.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Design and create email ads in **Klaviyo** to engage customers and drive sales.
-   Plan, schedule, and send out targeted email campaigns.
-   Manage social media accounts by posting content, engaging with followers, and growing brand presence.
-   Create compelling graphics and marketing assets for email, social media, and the website.
-   Develop and curate content that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
-   Perform basic website coding and updates to manage the backend of the **Shopify** store.
-   Track performance of campaigns and social media efforts, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience with **Klaviyo email marketing**.
-   Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
-   Proficiency in **graphic design tools** (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
-   Basic knowledge of **HTML/CSS** for website editing.
-   Experience managing **Shopify** websites.
-   Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
-   Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
