**Social Media Content Creator, Malls**

The **Social Media Content Creator, Malls**, is responsible for managing the Malls’ social media channels and plays a key role in shaping messaging for both internal and external audiences. This position requires the ability to conceptualize, create, and execute compelling content that drives engagement, strengthens brand presence, and influences key constituents across all social platforms. A critical component of the role is the consistent production of high-quality visual content that aligns with and reflects the client’s brand voice and visual identity.

The Social Media Content Creator, Malls will be reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, Malls

**In detail, the Social Media Content Creator, Malls will be responsible:**

-   Creates and conceptualizes innovative, captivating content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, , and TikTok.
    
-   Produces engaging, shareable content that resonates with target audiences across social media channels.
    
-   Stays at the forefront of social media best practices and trends, leveraging expertise in platform-specific creative specifications to optimize content tailored to each channel.
    
-   Experiments with new content formats, features, and emerging platforms to push the creative boundaries of social media and stay ahead of the market.
    
-   Creates, edits, animates, and optimizes engaging multimedia content, including video and photography, promptly and effectively, ensuring it meets company needs and deadlines.
    
-   Leverages data and analytics to inform content updates, necessary edits or changes, and rapid pivots to ensure successful engagement.
    
-   Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing teammates, external partners, and designers, to align content and ensure consistency in messaging and campaigns.
    
-   Supports integrated communications efforts and ensures brand consistency across all platforms.
    
-   Produces effective and creative copy for SoMe content.
    
-   Tracks and reports on content marketing insights, including traffic, engagement, and other key metrics.
    

**You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:**

**Academic Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
    
-   Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
    
-   Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with digital project management tools.
    
-   Knowledge of video editing applications.
    

**Professional Experience:**

-   About 2-5 years of experience as a Content Creator or a similar role, ideally in retail / shopping centers or Advertising with a focus on social media content creation.
    
-   Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of social media content types and styles, especially within photography and video.
    
-   In-depth knowledge of content creation tools, multimedia software and social media platforms and management systems.
    
-   Passion for staying up to date with social media trends and digital innovations.
    
-   Great copywriting skills (both in Greek & English language).
    
-   Ability to write and proofread creative copy.
