As a Field Hospitality Agent, you'll be on the ground every day: checking apartments before and after each stay, responding to guest needs, coordinating with cleaners and contractors, and keeping our operations running smoothly. Part of your time will also be spent in the office, helping the team plan schedules and manage the day-to-day.  

What the role looks like day-to-day:

-   Conduct quality control inspections inside our apartments,
-   Respond to day-to-day guest requests, take care of day-to-day hospitality tasks, such as bringing extra items to guests during their stay,
-   Acting as the link between what's happening on the ground and the wider Operations and Customer Experience teams — keeping everyone informed and response times short .
-   Troubleshoot minor maintenance and technology issues (e.g., light bulb replacements, wifi connectivity or overseeing contractor appointments),
-   Oversee cleaning subcontractors,
-   Keeping track of inventory across units and flagging what needs restocking
-   Assist with making new apartments get ready  
    

You will be also helping the Operations Team to flawlessly manage bookings, guests communication, and preparing of homes between guests arrivals and solve problems to make sure every guest has a top level of experience.  

You will be always ready to jump into action when needed. In this respect, we are looking for fast-thinking, problem-solving communicators to excel our guest experience.

## Requirements

-   A problem-solver who stays calm, adaptable, and focused when things get busy
-   Someone who notices things others miss and takes pride in getting the details right
-   Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
-   A good communicator in both Greek and English; additional languages are a plus
-   Technology savvy
-   A team player who's genuinely willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed
-   Valid motorbike license — a company motorbike will be provided for moving between properties

_Applicants must be flexible with working hours. We’re a 365 - 24/7 business, so you’ll need to work some weekends and bank holidays._

_You will spend most of your time on the move around the city. This role requires the ability, willingness, and a valid license to ride a motorbike, which will be provided by the company, as reliable transportation is essential for traveling between properties on a daily basis._
