This role is perfect for individuals fluent in Polish who are eager to advance their careers in customer support while experiencing life in a vibrant city. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to our Polish-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver excellent customer support to Polish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
-   Respond effectively to customer inquiries about products, services, and account issues.
-   Resolve complaints and troubleshoot problems to ensure a positive customer experience.
-   Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
-   Collaborate with teams to improve customer service processes and protocols.
-   Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in Polish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
-   Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation support offered.
-   Familiarity with customer support software is advantageous.
-   Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
