**Job Description:**

Essel is seeking a dedicated **Field Technician – Soil and Concrete Testing** to join our team in **Centennial, CO**. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing field tests on soil and concrete, ensuring the quality and integrity of construction materials used in various projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct field testing of soil and concrete in compliance with industry standards.
-   Document and analyze test results and prepare detailed reports.
-   Communicate test results effectively with project managers and clients.
-   Maintain testing equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
-   Participate in training and professional development activities.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Associate degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related field preferred, but not required.
-   1-3 years of experience in soil and concrete testing.
-   Familiarity with AASHTO and ASTM testing methods.
-   ACI Certified Concrete Field Testing Technician certification preferred.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
-   Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
