### Responsibilities

-   Maintain accurate health and medical records for staff and clients 📋
-   Support the implementation of workplace health and safety protocols 🛡️
-   Provide basic healthcare support during onsite health assessments
-   Work alongside internal teams to ensure compliance with health-related regulations ✅
-   Manage appointment scheduling and communication between healthcare providers and staff 📅
-   Monitor and promptly report any health or safety concerns to management
-   Assist in the preparation and management of health-related documentation and reports

## Requirements

-   Certified qualification or equivalent experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar role
-   Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
-   Great communication skills — comfortable liaising with both healthcare professionals and internal teams
-   Working knowledge of health and safety regulations in an office-based setting
-   Proficiency in basic computer applications for managing schedules and records
-   An empathetic, people-first approach to supporting the health needs of colleagues
-   Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment ⚡
