## Description

### Position Overview

A leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced **Endodontist with a recognized Western Board qualification** to join its dental team. The role involves providing advanced endodontic treatment and comprehensive patient care in a modern clinical environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage complex endodontic conditions.
-   Perform root canal treatments, re-treatments, and surgical endodontic procedures.
-   Manage dental trauma and associated pulpal and periapical conditions.
-   Perform diagnosis and treatment planning using appropriate clinical and imaging techniques.
-   Provide high-quality, patient-centered dental care.
-   Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists for multidisciplinary treatment planning.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
-   Participate in clinical quality improvement, education, and professional development activities

## Requirements

-   **DDS / DMD / BDS or equivalent dental degree.**
-   Recognized **Western Board qualification in Endodontics**.
-   Relevant specialist/consultant-level clinical experience.
-   Current specialist registration or eligibility for **DOH (Abu Dhabi) licensing**.
-   Experience in a tertiary hospital or premium dental center is preferred.
-   Strong clinical, communication, and patient-management skills.
