## Description

In line with UAE Labour Law and in support of **Emiratisation initiatives**, **qualified Emirati nationals are encouraged to apply** for the **Facility Maintenance Engineer** position supporting an **Ultra High Net Worth Family (UHNW) client** based in Dubai. This role requires a highly skilled and professional individual responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of residential facilities, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.

### Responsibilities

-   Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify maintenance needs and safety risks
-   Manage and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
-   Oversee landscaping and outdoor areas maintenance
-   Work collaboratively with household staff and contractors
-   Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
-   Develop maintenance schedules and manage inventory of repair supplies and equipment
-   Act as a point of contact for maintenance-related issues and solutions

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Facility Maintenance Engineer, preferably within high-end residential or UHNWF environments
-   Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills
-   Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other critical maintenance areas
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-   High attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities
-   Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
-   Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance
-   Previous experience working with UHNWF families is an advantage
