## Description

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Ride-Sharing Platform, operating in Greece. In this engaging role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers as they utilize our innovative ride-sharing services.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for users of the platform. You'll be instrumental in helping customers navigate our app, handle ride requests, and manage any concerns they may have.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat channels
-   Assist users with ride requests, cancellations, and inquiries about service features
-   Effectively resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and retention
-   Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
-   Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex issues and enhance user experience
-   Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements
-   Stay informed about industry trends and platform updates to provide knowledgeable assistance

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
-   Excellent customer service abilities and a commitment to problem-solving
-   Prior experience in customer service, especially in technology or transport industries, is preferred
-   Able to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
-   Passion for technology and helping customers with innovative solutions
-   Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
