Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a position for a Dutch Speaking Client Support Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality customer service and are eager to assist Dutch-speaking clients with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
-   Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues with care and efficiency.
-   Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
-   Accurately document each client interaction in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
-   Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and improve overall customer experience.
-   Identify process improvement opportunities based on client feedback and discussions.
-   Stay updated on product offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
-   Experience in customer support or a similar field is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and standard computer software.
-   Enthusiastic and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
