**POSITION SUMMARY:**

Provide driving services for testing and demonstration in Winnipeg.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**

-   Drive any NFIL or other bus as required for testing or demonstration
-   Provide feedback to engineering on drawings, designs and theories of operation
-   Assisting fabrication equipment on test equipment, some lifting and climbing as required
-   Availability on nights and weekends, no regular hours
-   Write reports and keep drivers log, use of PC, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
-   Perform tests from a requested plan
-   Clean and inspect (PDI) vehicles

## Requirements

-   Must have a valid Manitoba class 2 driver’s license with airbrake endorsement.
-   Previous experience driving large vehicles or buses is preferred.
-   Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and maintenance practices.
-   Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, nights and weekend.
-   Ability to perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics.
-   Effective communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with the engineering team.
-   Attention to detail and ability to adhere to safety procedures.
