## Description

Job responsibilities:  
\- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.  
\- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.  
\- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, features, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers.  
\- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and after-sales support to ensure a positive experience.  
\- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.  
\- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.  
\- Track and report sales performance metrics to management on a regular basis.  
\- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the technology or retail sector.  
\- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.  
\- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.  
\- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.  
\- Basic understanding of technology products and services, with a willingness to learn and adapt.  
\- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.  
\- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.  
\- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
