- Provide leadership and operational support across all store departments.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the sales floor and actively respond to customer and employee needs.

- Respond appropriately to emergencies, safety concerns, equipment issues, shoplifting, or other incidents.
- Communicate significant operational, employee, or customer issues to store leadership.
- Help maintain compliance with food safety, workplace safety, security, and company policies.
- Assist with training, coaching, and development of employees.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support overall store operations.

### Qualifications

- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Comfortable addressing performance, attendance, and customer-service issues.
- Basic understanding of retail cash controls, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.

### What Success Looks Like

The Evening Manager leaves the store in excellent condition each night. - Must have availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.

### Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
