**German Customer Support Athens** — would you like to combine customer service, technology and the fast-paced world of hospitality?

Join an international restaurant technology project and help German-speaking restaurant partners keep their reservations and guest experience running smoothly.

### Location and schedule

-   **Possible start: 2.11**
-   **Office in Athens – Neos Kosmos**
-   **First 3 months fully onsite**
-   After the first 3 months: hybrid work model based on performance and professional conduct

### About the project

Join the customer support team of a **leading international restaurant technology platform**.  
You will support restaurant partners using digital reservation and guest-management solutions and help them resolve everyday product and technical questions.

### What you will do

-   **Support German-speaking customers via phone, email, live chat and WhatsApp**
-   Answer questions about the platform and its features
-   **Provide clear product guidance and basic technical support**
-   Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
-   Escalate complex technical and billing requests to the appropriate teams
-   Document customer interactions and follow internal service standards

### Salary & bonuses

-   **Base salary: 1,400 gross/month x14** — including two additional salary payments: one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer
-   **Monthly performance bonus:** up to 10% of the base salary (up to 140 gross/month)
-   **Meal allowance:** 3 net per worked day (approx. 60 net/month) via Up Hellas Mastercard

**Average monthly gross package: 1,400–1,540 + 2 extra salaries + meal allowance.**

### What we expect

-   **German at C1 -native**
-   **English at B2**
-   Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or customer relations
-   **Good communication, active listening and problem-solving skills**
-   Comfort working with multiple systems and managing priorities
-   Good computer literacy and a customer-oriented approach
-   **EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece**
