## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager with a strong background in the construction industry to oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate financial management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
-   Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
-   Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures.
-   Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
-   Monitor construction project financial performance and cost control.
-   Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
-   Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
-   Support financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-   Previous experience in a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager role.
-   Proven experience in the construction industry is required.
-   Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, and financial reporting.
-   Good knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
-   Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
-   Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
