## Description

Strategic control tower for fuel, energy, and lubricant procurement operations, ensuring supply reliability, commercial optimization, and financial risk control across the end-to-end value chain.

Key Responsibilities

-   Handle & Support sourcing activities by coordinating with suppliers, assisting in procurement processes, and ensuring timely fulfillment of operational requirements.
-   Monitor end-to-end logistics execution, including shipment and delivery status, to ensure fuel, energy, and lubricant supplies are delivered on time, in compliance with contractual and operational requirements.
-   Monitor and control Pertamina’s credit exposure by tracking outstanding transactions and ensuring exposure levels remain within approved limits and agreed commercial terms.
-   Review and monitor invoices and payment status to ensure accuracy, timely processing, and alignment with contracts, delivery documentation, and internal financial controls.
-   Collect, verify, and monitor all required fuel and shipping documents, including Fuel BAST, Goods Receipt (GR), Bill of Lading (BL), ship and cargo documents, and other relevant certificates, to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership position.
-   Proven experience managing fuel, energy, lubricants, petroleum products, or similar strategic commodities.
-   Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, contract execution, logistics coordination, and supply-risk management.
-   Experience monitoring credit exposure, outstanding transactions, invoices, payments, and commercial terms.
-   Familiarity with fuel and shipping documents, including BAST, Goods Receipt, Bill of Lading, cargo documents, and quality or quantity certificates.
-   Strong analytical, financial, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
-   Proficient in ERP or procurement systems—preferably SAP—Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
-   Knowledge of procurement governance, internal controls, audit requirements, and applicable safety and environmental standards.
