B2C Marketing Manager - US Market Exposure

Mohali | Full-Time

About the Role

Candidate must have experience in Global market in B2C product, E-commerce , preferred in US market.

You’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing and act as the driving force behind campaign execution. While strategy defines the what & why, you’ll own the how & when—ensuring seamless delivery across teams.

Key Responsibilities

-   Own end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
-   Translate strategy into actionable briefs, timelines, and deliverables
-   Coordinate across design, content, performance, product & agencies
-   Manage project timelines, identify risks & eliminate bottlenecks
-   Oversee lead lifecycle—from vendor handoff to sales conversion
-   Ensure CRM hygiene, proper lead allocation & zero leakage
-   Maintain brand consistency & ensure high-quality deliverables
-   Track campaign performance & share execution insights
-   Build scalable processes, workflows, and SOPs

What We’re Looking For

-   7+ years of experience in marketing execution/campaign management
-   Strong understanding of digital marketing & sales funnels
-   Hands-on experience with CRM systems & lead management
-   Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams & stakeholders
-   High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
-   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

-   Efficient lead management with minimal drop-offs

-   Deadlines met without follow-ups or escalations

Shift: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST

Workdays: 6 days/week (Saturday WFH)

Work Location: In person

## Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or lead lifecycle management

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and CRM systems

• Experience working with inside sales teams and external vendors/agencies 

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders, drive clarity, and ensure alignment across teams 

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities without compromising on deadlines 

• Highly detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving and execution 

• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with consistency and reliability
