**Criterion Plumber – Relocation package offer**

Criterion Plumbers is looking to hire a dedicated and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a journeyman license and comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems and a commitment to providing excellent service. The role involves the installing, maintaining, and repairing of HVAC units in various settings, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Install new HVAC systems in residential.
-   Perform routine maintenance to ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems.
-   Inspect and troubleshoot existing HVAC units to identify issues.
-   Install necessary replacement parts on HVAC systems.
-   Comply with industry safety standards and regulations.
-   Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
-   Assist in other related duties as assigned by management.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential HVAC service required.
-   High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
-   Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
-   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-   Ability to work effectively with power and hand tools.
-   Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers.
-   Must be able to handle physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various environmental conditions.
-   Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
