We are looking for an experienced **Senior Frontend Developer** with strong expertise in **ReactJS** and **JavaScript** to build modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences while driving frontend architecture, engineering best practices, and technical excellence.

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing user-facing applications using modern frontend technologies. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, and fellow developers to deliver responsive, accessible, and maintainable web solutions. In addition to hands-on development, you will contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and continuously improve frontend performance, code quality, and development processes.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend architectures for modern web applications.
-   Develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frontend technologies.
-   Build reusable UI components and maintain clean, modular, and well-structured codebases.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
-   Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
-   Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, performance optimization, security, and frontend best practices.
-   Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective, scalable solutions.
-   Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical planning for new features and enhancements.
-   Mentor junior and mid-level developers by providing technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and constructive feedback.
-   Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, driving continuous improvement within the engineering team.
-   Ensure high-quality software delivery through testing, debugging, and adherence to modern development practices.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   Strong hands-on experience with **ReactJS** and modern **JavaScript** development.
-   Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component-based development, and scalable application design.
-   Experience building responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications.
-   Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend development workflows.
-   Familiarity with state management libraries such as **Redux** and modern frontend frameworks like **Next.js** is an advantage.
-   Exposure to **Microfrontend** architecture and modular application development is a plus.
-   Experience with code reviews, performance optimization, debugging, and frontend security best practices.
-   Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
