**Position Summary**

Credence has an immediate need for a Senior Program Manager at Robins AFB, GA supporting the Multi-INT program on upgrading and deployment of carious communications, datalink, and situational awareness assets in DCGS at Robins AFB, Warner Robins GA.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to the duties listed below:**

-   Provide specialized acquisition and program management support to assist the Government with acquisition planning, execution, and program support.
-   Create, draft, update, review, coordinate, and follow up on acquisition and program documentation, including Early Strategy and Issues Sessions, Acquisition Strategy Panels, IMPs/IMSs, Acquisition Program Baselines (APBs), ACAT and Services Acquisition Category (SCAT) documentation, Clinger-Cohen Act compliance, cybersecurity strategies, Program Protection Plans (PPPs), Life Cycle Management Plans (LCMPs), risk management plans, milestone briefings, Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) management, budget and cost research and analysis, Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Security Classification Guides (SCGs), provisioning lists, cost estimate requests, cost impact requests, changes in scope, and purchase requests.
-   Coordinate acquisition and program documentation with applicable internal and external agency points of contact.
-   Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), System Requirements Reviews (SRRs), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), System Safety Groups (SSGs), production status meetings, design reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), provisioning and supply conferences, technical data conferences, Test Plan Working Groups, and other associated program meetings and conferences.
-   Create, draft, update, and modify agendas, briefing materials, and meeting minutes.
-   Use the Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaRS) to initiate documentation, generate reports, define and coordinate program requirements, formulate budgets, forecast and track program execution, and reconcile execution data in support of DoD acquisition and life cycle management activities.

## Requirements

-   A minimum of a Top-Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility is required.
-   Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in DoD acquisition.
-   Or bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in DoD acquisition.
-   Or, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in DoD acquisition.

**Required Experience and Skills:**

-   Current acquisition and program management knowledge and experience supporting DoD weapon systems, preferably Air Force programs, including management of program cost, schedule, performance, risk, organizational and financial goals, project integration, and acquisition planning and implementation in accordance with DoD 5000 series policy and AFI 63-101/20-101.
-   Experience completing acquisition program management tasks that support the LCM of products and systems within the Defense Acquisition System processes using UCA, MTA, MCA, SW Acquisition or Acquisition of Services pathways.
-   Experience developing pre- and post-award documentation, milestone planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, staff coordination, and decision documentation.

**Required Professional Qualifications**

-   Acquisition Qualification
-   Defense Acquisition University (DAU) credential program, CACQ 010 Foundational Acquisition Intelligence Credential;
-   or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP), any level,
-   or a degree or certificate in LCM, Product LCM, or related field from any University or learning institute accredited by a U.S. Department of Education approved accrediting organization
