-   Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs), quality benchmarks, and performance targets as defined by the Customer Support Services team.
-   Participate actively in regular training sessions, team briefings, and performance reviews to stay current with product knowledge and service protocols.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent German language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in German.
-   A valid EU passport is mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes.
