### About Our Client:

Our client, a growing educational and professional development organization, is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiting / Talent Acquisition Instructor to teach and mentor students on executive search strategies, leadership hiring practices, and modern talent acquisition techniques.

This role is ideal for an experienced executive recruiter or talent acquisition professional who is passionate about teaching and sharing practical industry knowledge with aspiring recruiters, HR professionals, and talent acquisition specialists.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Deliver engaging training sessions on executive recruitment, leadership hiring, and talent acquisition best practices.
-   Teach students how to source, attract, assess, and recruit senior-level and executive professionals.
-   Guide students on executive search methodologies, recruitment lifecycle management, and strategic hiring processes.
-   Share practical experiences, case studies, and real-world insights from executive recruitment environments.
-   Train students on sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, executive search platforms, networking, and Boolean search techniques.
-   Teach students how to evaluate leadership competencies, conduct candidate assessments, and manage executive hiring processes.
-   Develop instructional materials, presentations, exercises, and practical recruitment assignments.
-   Mentor students on stakeholder management, client engagement, negotiation, and candidate relationship management.
-   Conduct mock interviews, sourcing exercises, and executive recruitment simulations.
-   Stay updated on recruitment trends, leadership hiring practices, and talent acquisition innovations.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Skills:

-   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or related field preferred.
-   Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, or Senior-Level Recruiting.
-   Strong understanding of executive recruitment processes and strategic talent acquisition practices.
-   Experience recruiting for leadership, management, or executive-level positions.
-   Strong knowledge of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, networking strategies, and Boolean search methods.
-   Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
-   Ability to teach recruitment and executive search concepts clearly and effectively.
-   Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and coaching abilities.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration platforms.
-   Must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada.

### Preferred Qualifications:

-   Experience facilitating recruitment workshops, mentoring programs, or professional training sessions.
-   Background in agency recruiting, corporate talent acquisition, or executive search consulting.
-   Familiarity with leadership assessment frameworks and succession planning strategies.
-   Professional HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
