## Description

Preparing and monitoring execution plans.

Reading and analyzing drawings and technical reports.

Managing contracts and claims.

Risk management.

Cost analysis and cash flow management.

Proficiency in the following software/tools:

Primavera or MS Project.

AutoCAD.

Advanced Excel.

Project Management Systems.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred / required.
