## Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee vessel operations and support the commercial team. This role involves coordinating day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth voyage execution, and handling post-fixture tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

-   Manage daily operations of vessels in coordination with Masters, agents, charterers, and other stakeholders.
-   Oversee voyage documentation, stowage planning, and bunker arrangements.
-   Ensure timely and accurate handling of port calls, cargo operations, and voyage instructions.
-   Monitor vessel performance and manage operational or performance-related claims.
-   Coordinate freight, hire, and demurrage payments with the finance team.
-   Support legal and insurance matters related to contracts and claims.
-   Maintain clear communication and records to ensure operational efficiency.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping operations.
-   Solid understanding of voyage execution, charter party terms, and shipping documentation.
-   Strong communication and coordination skills.
-   Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
