Job responsibilities:  
\- Collaborate with clients to understand and analyze their business requirements and objectives.  
\- Provide expert recommendations and solutions to meet client needs using B2B SaaS products.  
\- Lead the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration of software solutions with client systems.  
\- Conduct presales activities, including product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.  
\- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and support.  
\- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and solutions.  
\- Perform API integration and customization using Java and Python coding.  
\- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  
\- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation or a similar role.  
\- Strong understanding of client requirements analysis and solution recommendation.  
\- Proficiency in API integration and software customization.  
\- Experience with Java and Python coding.  
\- Excellent communication and presentation skills.  
\- Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur and travel as required.  
\- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
