## Description

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a dedicated and experienced **HSE Manager** to lead our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department. The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and health-conscious work environment. This role requires a proactive leader who can inspire and enforce safety culture across all projects while ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and manage HSE policies, procedures, and programs tailored to project needs and regulatory requirements.
-   Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
-   Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
-   Promote HSE awareness and training programs for all employees and subcontractors.
-   Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to HSE standards.
-   Prepare and submit HSE reports and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
-   Drive continuous improvement initiatives in health, safety, and environmental performance.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
-   Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE management within the construction or engineering sectors.
-   Comprehensive knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
-   Proven experience in risk assessment, accident investigation, and safety training.
-   Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-   Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly preferred.
