## Description

### Coach – Padel, Tennis & Pickleball

**Job Requirements:**

-   Previous experience as a **Padel, Tennis, and/or Pickleball Coach** is preferred.
-   Good understanding of the basic techniques, rules, and training methods of the relevant sport.
-   **Friendly, approachable, patient, and communicative**, especially when interacting with children.
-   Comfortable and experienced in **coaching kids**, with the ability to create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment.
-   Able to adjust coaching methods based on the **age, skill level, and learning pace** of each student.
-   Good interpersonal and communication skills with both **students and parents**.
-   Professional, responsible, punctual, and committed to providing a positive coaching experience.
-   Having an **existing student base or personal network in Depok** would be a strong advantage.
-   Candidates who already have a **good reputation/name and established students in the Depok area** are highly preferred, as there may be opportunities for further collaboration and expanding the coaching program.
-   Open to both **individual coaching and group sessions**.
-   Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are a plus, but **not mandatory**.
