Looking for total control over your professional life? You've found it. This is a **1099 Independent Contractor** position designed to fit _your_ lifestyle, not the other way around.

**Work as much or as little as you’d like.** Whether you want to see 5 clients a week to supplement your current income, or build a full caseload of 30+ hours, the choice is entirely up to you. There are no minimum hour requirements and no caps on your earnings.

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Provide high-quality, empathetic, and evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families via our secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
-   Conduct initial assessments, establish personalized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
-   Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (intake notes, progress notes) within our user-friendly EHR system.
-   Manage your own availability and calendar through our platform.

### **What We’re Looking For**

-   **Active, Unrestricted License:** You must be fully and independently licensed to practice therapy in your state (e.g., **LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD**). _Please note: We cannot accept associate-level or provisionally licensed clinicians for this role._
-   **Tech-Savvy & Remote-Ready:** Comfortable navigating telehealth software, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a private, quiet space to conduct confidential sessions.
-   **Clinical Autonomy:** Ability to work independently while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
-   **Malpractice Insurance:** Must possess or be willing to obtain professional liability insurance.
