Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking a Dutch Speaking VIP Customer Support Agent to join a prestigious team dedicated to providing personalized support to our high-value clients. ### Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-touch support to VIP Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients by understanding their specific needs and preferences.
-   Address and resolve complex inquiries and issues efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
-   Document all customer interactions in detail for effective follow-up and service continuity.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client concerns.
-   Gather and analyze feedback from clients to continually enhance the customer experience.
-   Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer support, ideally with VIP or high-value clients.
-   Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and office software.
-   A proactive mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
