## Description

**Work From Anywhere in LATAM**

**Work Schedule:** EST | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM minimum overlap required (extended hours welcomed)

**Compensation Range:** $2,250 USD/month based on experience

A premium healthcare and wellness company is hiring a Bilingual Patient Sales & Consultation Specialist to own the full remote patient journey and convert inbound inquiries into booked consultations and procedures.

The business operates a membership-based concierge clinic serving high-net-worth individuals and is in a major growth phase spanning brand repositioning, operational expansion, and systems modernization. Its clientele expects discretion, sophistication, and a high-touch service experience at every interaction.

Day-to-day, this role manages inbound leads, educates prospective patients on services, runs structured follow-ups across warm and cold leads, and maintains a clean CRM pipeline. Success means higher conversion rates, a consistently qualified pipeline, and a remote sales process refined as systems are still being built out.

## Requirements

**Must-Have**

- 3+ years of consultative or high-touch/service-based sales experience with ownership of the full lead-to-close cycle
- Hands-on experience managing a sales pipeline in a CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or Podium)
- Demonstrated record of converting inbound leads into booked appointments, consultations, or sales
- Experience translating complex, technical, or medical information into clear, persuasive messaging for prospective customers
- Experience executing structured follow-up sequences for warm and cold leads
- C2 English and C1+ Spanish (CEFR) for bilingual, client-facing patient communication

**Nice-to-Have**

- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or patient-facing sales
- Background in luxury hospitality or premium client services
- Familiarity with EMR systems (Athena Health, eClinicalWorks) or healthcare workflows
- Exposure to high-growth startups or rapidly scaling environments
